The claim period is closed

The extended claim period closed on May 22, 2018.  Under the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the Office of the Independent Assessor may not accept claims that are received after this date.

We are currently reviewing claims that were received before the deadline. We appreciate your patience given the large volume of claims received.  If you submitted your claim in hard copy we will send you a notice of receipt, which will assign a file number, within 2 weeks.
